Michol Dalcourt is an internationally recognized industry-leader in health and human performance. He is the Founder and CEO of the Institute of Motion, inventor of ViPR and ViPR PRO and Co-Founder of PTA Global.
Michol has served as Adjunct Faculty at the University of San Francisco in the Department of Sports Science and also as Adjunct Faculty at the NAIT College School of Health Sciences. Michol currently sits on several Health Advisory Boards in the Fitness Industry including Equinox.
Michol has given hundreds of international lectures and has been a featured speaker at most of the world’s top fitness and health conferences, as well as many colleges and universities around the world. Michol has done extensive work in the areas of health and human performance, and consults with many of the health and fitness industry’s biggest companies - including Microsoft Health , Apple and Nike -among others.
For the past 5 years, through his company Institute of Motion, Michol has worked with the government of Singapore to found ‘Active Health’, a nationwide initiative to scale health and well-being to every Singaporean.

Jay Dalcourt has 25 years of experience in operations. For his first 20 years, Jay was Head of Operations and Co-Owner of Paradigm, which serves oil and gas projects. Operationally, Jay’s largest project managed with his team accounted for more than $US1 Billion dollars in scope and service.
Jay has brought this knowledge, experience and expertise into Health and Human Performance. It is Jay’s goal to scale IoM to affect more lives in a positive way.

Sarah Casey investigates ideas and strategies outside of the fitness/health sphere, to discover new methods to support preventative health initiatives. Sarah is currently exploring how this concept of high-value interactions can improve preventative health education and technology.
In a health industry steeped in jargon and often conflicting advice, Sarah’s work helps readers cut through clutter. She delivers information clearly, simply, and often with a laugh.
Sarah holds a Bachlor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Waterloo and is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Rhetoric and Communication Design.

Derrick Price holds a Master’s of Science degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion with an emphasis on injury prevention and performance enhancement from the California University of Pennsylvania where he has also spent time as an Adjunct Faculty member teaching courses in Exercise Program Design.
Derrick has served the fitness industry as an educator and consultant for many companies including NASM, PTA Global, ViPR, Mossa and Technogym, as well as Adjunct Faculty at Point Loma Nazarene University.
Derrick has given hundreds of international lectures and has been a featured speaker at most of the world’s top fitness conferences, fitness clubs and at many colleges and universities around the world.

Jiji Pollock, PhD(c) works as an Exercise Scientist, Health and Human Performance Officer with the Institute of Motion. Jiji has been in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years and is passionate about helping humans find optimal health and performance.
She has been recreational triathlete and former Masters Swimmer. She holds a MSc degree in Kinesiology, and is a PhD(c) Kinesiology, Health and Human Performance.
Jiji’s dissertation is in the area of endocrinology for females across the life-span and is being conducted in the lab at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
Jiji’s expertise is in the area of Gender Specific Training considerations across the age spectrum.

John Sinclair brings 20 years of coaching experience.
John has shared his experiences in cities across the world as Faculty for PTA Global, Master Trainer for Technogym, Power Plate and Hyperwear, and a Global Educator for ViPR PRO®.
John travels extensively delivering energetic, memorable presentations and mentorships.
He holds a Bachelors degree in Athletic Therapy and Sport Performance from the University of Alberta.

Greg duManoir serves as Science Advisor to IoM with expertise is Metabolism. Greg is also Co-Author of IoM’s 4Q Metabolic Model.
Dr. duManoir is Professor of Exercise Physiology for the University of British Columbia. He brings a keen interest in environmental physiology to his work as an applied cardiovascular physiologist.
For this reason duManoir works and teaches across the University of British Columbia, with his generalist approach having brought him to the peaks of Everest with the Centre for Heart, Lung Vascular Health research group to the court working as an applied sport scientist with UBC Okanagan’s Varsity Women’s Volleyball team.

Brandon Marcello serves as Science Advisor to IoM with expertise in Nutrition and Recovery. Brandon is also Co-Author of IoM’s 4Q Recovery Model.
Dr. Marcello has over 20 years of experience in performance enhancement.
He received his PhD in Nutrition and Physiology from Baylor University and was Head of Performance at Stanford University for 10 years.

Ryan is a board-certified health coach with a specialty in brain health with over a decade of experience in the health & fitness industry.
Ryan constantly seeks to learn about health neuroscience research and practical strategies in both health coaching and personal training contexts. He has pursued education from the Amen Clinics, The BrainFirst Training Institute, the Neuroscience Academy, the Academy for Brain Health & Performance, and the Master’s of Applied Neuroscience program at King’s College of London. He is currently enrolled in the Ph.D. in Leadership: Health and Human Performance Program at Concordia University of Chicago.
Ryan actively works with companies leveraging technology for exercise and brain training and is passionate about researching these topics. He educates health and fitness professionals with the first course to comprehensively address exercise and the brain called the Brain Health Trainer course, in which he has educated over 1,000 health & fitness professionals worldwide.

Jan is a former professional Ice-Hockey player who has taken his knowledge of sport and exercise and applied it to coaching and program design.
Jan has over 20 years of experience creating programs as well as coaching individuals at the elite level, as well as general clientele.
Jan has given more than 100 international lectures on programming, performance , program design and applied exercise.
He has built exercise curriculum for fitness certifications, ViPR PRO® and contributed to the development of the AHHPS curriculum for IoM.

Female Hormone Consideration
Chantel has worked in the healthcare sector as a Pharmacist for over a decade. She now consults as a Functional Medicine Practitioner supporting women health conditions.
Her educational background includes a Bachelor in Pharmacy and has completed training as a Function Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P).
She also holds the designation of Advanced Diagnostics and Personalised Treatment (ADAPT) Trained Health Practitioner from the Kresser Institute, a functional medicine practitioner and ancestral health training program.

Luan spent 20 years providing strategic counsel to CEOs and government officials across Asia. She led regional and global teams and represented brands like Nokia, Hewlett Packard and high profile Asian conglomerates.
She has experience directing focus groups of senior leaders and driving initiatives to increase brand equity and employee engagement for her clients.
Luan has also been a successful social entrepreneur, telling her story in a NUS-sponsored TED Talk, and publications such as the WSJ.

I worked for 16 years in Asia and Canada in the field of computer science and AI. I never thought twice of quitting my job until 3 family deaths in one year left me making difficult choices - that ended up being positive in the long run.
